Red wine:
If the bottle of red wine is around 750ml, the storage temperature should be around 15-20C. Otherwise, bottles of red wine with volume less than 750ml should be stored below 15C. 10C if the volume of the bottle is similar to the ones you will be served in the plane.
White wine:
If the wine is dry and not sweet, the storage temperature should be 10-15C. If the wine is sweet or bubble like, then the storage temperature should be between 5-7C.
